03 – Be Proactive Against Your Fears

Most of the time, the things we’re afraid of aren’t really as big a threat as we imagine them to be. Knowing what you’re afraid of gives you the opportunity to start to be proactive in fighting against your fears.

Review your list of fears from the last worksheet. Which of those fears (if any) are potentially holding you back from your goals. List any of the fears you mentioned above that could hold you back and state specifically how they could impact your goals. Aim for at least three.
