04 – Getting Feedback

Time to get uncomfortable! Actually, that is probably an exaggeration. Your next step is to discuss your Vision and Goals from the first module with your accountability partner. This way you can be held accountable to someone else for your most important goals.

Some people don’t feel comfortable putting their goals out there – but getting out of your comfort zone almost always means you are doing something right!

And getting useful feedback from your accountability partner can be priceless. There might be things you are missing because you’re just too close to see them.
